You can manage what cookies sites save to your PC in the Tools or Settings section of your browser. Getting to the settings vary from browser to browser  and the route to them for the major browsers are shown below.

It is important to note that managing the cookies in one browser does NOT change the settings in other browsers. If you have more than one browser installed you will need to change the settings in each browser.

Go to Tools > Internet Options , Select the Privacy Tab. You can then either:

Select Advanced or Sites and set your cookie options there.

FireFox:

Type about:permissions  in the browser address bar. The window that then appears allows you to set your cookie preferences there.

Opera:

Go to Tools > Preferences > Select Advanced and can you set cookie preferences there.

Chrome:

Go to the ‘spanner’, and click it, click Settings > Settings > Click the link  ‘Show Advanced Settings’ . Click Content Settings under Privacy and you can set your cookie options there..

Safari:

Go to the ‘gear’ click it and select Preferences > then select Security and you can set your choices from there.
